A large apartment complex and townhome project could be coming to Fort Worth’s Mosier Valley Neighborhood.

Dallas-based developer StoneHawk Capital Partners LLC is asking the city for a zoning change to build 336 apartment units and townhomes at 11413 Mosier Valley Road, just south of Trinity Boulevard near Euless. The units would range from one to four bedrooms with 24 slated to be townhomes, according to city documents.

StoneHawk Capital completed similar projects near downtown Fort Worth: The Bowery in the Near Southside with 303 units and the Jameson at the Bluffs off Samuels Avenue with 387 units. Both complexes have 10 townhomes each.

It’s not clear how much rent will be at the Mosier Valley complex, but both the apartments and the townhomes will be for rent, said Barry Hudson, a planning consultant with Dunnaway Associates working on the project.

This development will have more open space than Stonehawk’s previous Fort Worth developments, Huson said, including a pool, a walking trail, a dog park and space for hold neighborhood association meetings.

The city council will vote on the rezoning the 14 acre parcel at its 6 p.m. meeting on Tuesday.

If approved, Hudson said the complex could be open in the next 18 to 24 months, barring any construction or regulatory hurdles.
