TCU men’s basketball has already beaten Baylor twice this season even though they’ve only played once.

Yuat Alok, the top-rated Junior College prospect in the country, according to jucorecruiting.com, told 247Sports that he verbally committed to TCU over the weekend. Alok is a 6-foot-11 forward.

Alok, who has played the past two seasons at Chipola College in Marianna, Fla., said his decision came down to TCU and Baylor.

“I had a good relationship with [TCU assistant coach] David Patrick and also [head coach] Jamie Dixon,” Alok told 247Sports. “It was a good fit for me to go there, knowing that I’m a junior college kid that has two years. I can go there and showcase my talent.”

Alok, a native of New Zealand, visited TCU’s campus in December. He also visited Arizona State, LSU, USC and Baylor. Alok has already changed his Twitter avatar to a picture him spinning a basketball in a TCU uniform.

He is averaging 12.4 points, 6.9 rebounds and shooting 54.6 from the field, including 11 of 25 from 3-point range.
