We have another illustration for how insane college football has become.

University of Alabama president Stuart Bell, who earns $755,000, would be the fourth highest-paid member of the Crimson Tide coaching staff, according to the Washington Post.

Defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt, offensive coordinator Brian Daboll and co-defensive coordinator/outside linebackers coach Tosh Lupio all earn at least $950,000. Pruitt makes $1.3 million and Daboll $1.2 million.

In 2007, Saban earned $3.75 million at Alabama and was the only school employee making more than the president.

The Michigan Wolverines became the first public school with three assistant football coaches earning at least $1 million in January.
