Report: RadioShack prepares bankruptcy filing

RadioShack Corp. is preparing to file for bankruptcy protection as early as next month, people familiar with the matter have told The Wall Street Journal.

The filing by the Fort Worth-based company could come the first week of February, one of the people told the journal.
