About the Stars: Dallas is playing its second game of a back-to-back after taking on the Vancouver Canucks on Friday. … The Stars are without goalie Kari Lehtonen, who was placed on the injured list with a lower-body injury. Antti Niemi started in goal Friday against the Canucks, with prospect Jack Campbell as backup. Coach Lindy Ruff told the team’s website that he will take the goalie situation game by game. … Benn leads the NHL in goals scored with 17, four ahead of Chicago’s Patrick Kane and St. Louis’ Vladimir Tarasenko. Benn has a seven-game points streak after recording seven goals and five assists during the streak.

About the Wild: Minnesota is also playing its second game of a back-to-back after losing to the Winnipeg Jets 3-1 on Friday. … Forward Zach Parise returned to the Wild lineup on Friday after missing eight games with a sprained MCL. The Minnesota star has had only one full practice (Thursday) since being medically cleared to return, but he played 18:28. The Wild was 4-3-1 without Parise, who was Minnesota's leading scorer when he sustained his injury.
