Dallas Stars face Ottawa in home opener Oct. 8

The Dallas Stars will face Ottawa in their 2015-2016 regular-season home opener on Thursday, Oct., 8 at the American Airlines Center.

The National Hockey League announced the home openers for all 30 clubs on Wednesday.

The league's complete 1,230-game schedule will be released Thursday.
