Dallas Cowboys legend and Pro Football Hall of Famer Roger Staubach will be the keynote speaker at The Salvation Army’s second annual Inspiring Hope luncheon on May 4 from Noon until 1:30 p.m. at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

The former Cowboys quarterback is a two-time Super Bowl champion and a five-time Pro Bowler.

Staubach is also a very successful businessman and long-time Salvation Army supporter. He dedicates a lot of time to various humanitarian and development causes. He has served on the boards of numerous associations and organizations including The Salvation Army National Advisory Board and the DFW Metroplex Advisory Board.

Dallas Cowboys Executive Vice-President/Chief Brand Officer Charlotte Jones Anderson is the honorary chairwoman of the luncheon. Steve Vincent is the event chairman.

The luncheon aims to raise funds for the Gene and Jerry Jones Family North Texas Youth Education Town (YET) and the Family Life Center, both of which are housed at The Salvation Army in Arlington. The funds help meet the needs of Arlington citizens living below the poverty line in a variety of ways including personal development activities and provides a shelter designed to take families from being homeless to being stable and productive.

Singer/songwriter Aquile, NBC’s season-three contestant on “The Voice,” will give a special guest performance.

Individual tickets are $150. Table sponsorships range from $1,500 to $100,000 for a table of 10. For more information, visit www.sayet.org.
