Game balls from Redskins’ 34-23 victory over Cowboys
Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins: He made short work of the Dallas secondary by completing 12 of 15 passes for 176 yards and three touchdowns for a passer rating of 155.1 in less than one half of play. His three touchdown passes were all in the first quarter.
Redskins running back Alfred Morris: The running game was most mostly supplemental with Morris having 100 yards on 19 carries.
Redskins wide receivers: Four wide receivers scored. Third-teamer Jamison Crowder caught five passes for 109 yards, including a 3-yard touchdown. Pierre Garcon caught three for 49 yards, including a 39-yard TD. Ryan Grant, subbing for DeSean Jackson, caught three for 18 yards, including a 5-yard TD. Rashad Ross had two catches, including a 71-yard TD.
Redskins linebacker Will Blackmon: He had seven tackles, one interception, one forced fumble and a pass defensed. He stripped Darren McFadden near the goal line to prevent a score and intercepted Kellen Moore at the 1 to kill another scoring threat.
Cowboys receiver Terrance Williams and back Darren McFadden: Williams had eight catches for 173 yards. McFadden had 12 carries for 92 yards to finish the season with 1,089 and become the seventh 1,000-yard rusher in franchise history.
