Cowboys defensive end Jeremy Mincey continues to be sidelined with concussion symptoms. He did not participate in Wednesday’s practice, although he sounded optimistic about his situation when the locker room was open to the media afterward.

“Just getting back at it, conditioning and stuff like that,” said Mincey, who missed last week’s game against Atlanta.

Cornerback Brandon Carr also didn’t practice. The team’s practice report said it was non-injury related.

Others missing, as expected, were Tony Romo (fractured collarbone), Dez Bryant (fractured right foot) and Randy Gregory (high ankle sprain).

Left guard Ronald Leary (groin) was a full participant, as was tight end Jason Witten (knee/ ankle). Kyle Wilber (hamstring) and Ryan Russell (groin) were also full participants.
