Wide receivers Antwan Goodley and David Porter topped the list of roster moves made by the Dallas Cowboys Tuesday to get down to the 75-man roster limit.

Goodley, who played at Baylor, and Porter, who played at TCU, were among four outright cuts along with tight end Brandon Barden and linebacker Jonathan Brown.

Waived injured were defensive end Kenneth Boatright, tackle R.J. Dill and running back Michael Hill.

Cornerback Orlando Scandrick, who underwent season-ending knee surgery last week, was placed on the injured reserve list.

Tackle Chaz Green, a rookie third-round pick who has missed all of camp because of hip surgery, was placed on the reserve/physically unable to perform list.

And linebacker Mark Nzeocha, a rookie seventh-round pick who has missed all of camp because of a knee injury from college, was placed on the reserve/non football injury list.

Green and Nzeocha are eligible to return after six games.

The Cowboys will make final cuts on Saturday to get down to the regular-season roster limit of 53.
