George Pickens among five Dallas Cowboys named to 2026 NFL Pro Bowl

On Tuesday morning, the NFL announced the NFC and AFC rosters for the 2026 NFL Pro Bowl Games, and five members of the Dallas Cowboys made the cut.

While the Pro Bowl has significantly changed over the years, the honor is still a high one, as only three players at each position are chosen in each conference. In the 2026 version, players will participate in various games, concluding with a 7-on-7 flag football game before the Super Bowl.

Here are the representatives of the Cowboys who will participate in the event Feb. 3 in San Francisco:

George Pickens, WR

In his first season with the Cowboys, Pickens has been as advertised — and then some.

The fourth-year pro set career highs in all major receiving categories by hauling in 88 receptions for 1,342 yards and nine touchdowns through 15 games. With two games remaining, Pickens is on pace to crack the top five of the highest single-season receiving totals in franchise history.

The first-time Pro Bowler is third in the NFL in receiving entering Week 17 of the season.

Dak Prescott, QB

Even though the Cowboys are not making the playoffs, it’s hard to say that Prescott has been a big reason why.

His 4,175 passing yards are second in the NFL, and his 28 passing touchdowns are third in the league, as he has helped power the No. 2 offense behind his right arm. This will be his fourth appearance in the Pro Bowl after previous honors in 2016, 2018 and 2023.

Brandon Aubrey, K

Similarly to his field goal accuracy on any given Sunday, Aubrey is a perfect 3-for-3 on Pro Bowl seasons through three years in the league.

Aubrey has made the fourth-most field goals in the NFL (32) and is second in makes over 50 yards (nine). His 64-yard field goal to send the Cowboys into overtime against the New York Giants in Week 2 is the third-longest field goal made this season across the NFL.

The Plano native is due for a new contract this offseason, and a perfect resume in making the league’s version of an all-star game will certainly drive up the price — even if he is a restricted free agent.

Quinnen Williams, DT

The former New York Jet joined the team less than two months ago, but his impact has already been felt.

After being acquired at the trade deadline for a first-round pick in 2027 and a second-round pick in 2026, Williams made the Pro Bowl for the fourth time in his career after previous honors in 2022, 2023 and 2024. All four of his appearances have come under Cowboys defensive line coach Aaron Whitecotton, who was previously with the Jets.

This season, Williams has combined for 48 tackles, including nine tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks, along with three forced fumbles. In five games with the Cowboys, he has totaled 16 tackles, including two tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks. Among 128 qualifying defensive tackles across the NFL, Williams has the third-highest grade at 86.5, according to Pro Football Focus.

Tyler Smith, G

For the third consecutive season, Smith is one of three interior offensive linemen honored as a Pro Bowl participant in the NFC.

The Fort Worth native has allowed just two sacks and 22 quarterback pressures this season while mostly spending time at left guard. However, in the Cowboys’ loss to the Chargers on Sunday, he was moved out to left tackle, where he will remain for the rest of the season.

After signing a contract extension before the season that made him the league’s highest-guard, Smith has backed up his price early on with yet another Pro Bowl honor.
