Why is Dallas Cowboys star Dak Prescott tearing down his $3 million North Texas mansion?

Dallas Cowboys star Dak Prescott’s home in Prosper is reportedly being destroyed and rebuilt, according to his neighbors who sent pictures and videos to TMZ.

Popular YouTube creator and Texas natives Dude Perfect were also seen helping demolish Prescott’s home, possibly for a future video on their channel.

During the demolition, the group was seen using drones to film, and afterward, they posed with the Mississippi State product for photos.

Prescott’s home, which he bought in 2019, is valued at $3 million and features a tennis court, a turf football field, a pond and a golf green.

The reasons given for the demolition were to improve Prescott’s home and make it more modern, according to his neighbors.

Prescott and the Cowboys will play the Detroit Lions at 3:25 p.m. on Sunday at AT&T Stadium.
