Dallas Cowboys

Why did Micah Parsons say George Kittle made things personal after 49ers beat the Cowboys?

The Dallas Cowboys were humbled following Sunday’s 42-10 defeat to the San Francisco 49ers. On Monday, Micah Parsons hosted his show, “The Edge with Micah Parsons,” and discussed the game.

Parsons took exception to a shirt George Kittle wore during the game that said “F*** Dallas.”

“George Kittle had three touchdowns on us and he posted this thing to IG. He said F*** Dallas,” said Parsons, “I just feel like he’s making it way more personal than it had to be. Kittle’s my guy but Imma say this, laugh now, cry later. We got something for that. If we see them again, just trust.”

The Cowboys would only play the 49ers again this year in a possible playoff rematch. Parsons also said despite the lopsided score he knows what the Cowboys are capable of.

“ I don’t think the 49ers are at a way higher level than us. I said we need to reconsider and fix some things,” said Parsons.

Parsons and the Cowboys will return to the West Coast this weekend when they play the Los Angeles Chargers at 7:15 on Monday at SoFi Stadium.
