Did any Dallas Cowboys make Pro Football Focus’ list of Top 10 cornerbacks?
Pro Football Focus’ Sam Monson released a list of the top ten cornerbacks in the NFL on Wednesday.
The list had two Dallas Cowboys, Stephon Gilmore at No. 6 and Trevon Diggs at No. 8. The Cowboys were the only team on the list with multiple players.
Gilmore was acquired by the Cowboys in an offseason trade with the Indianapolis Colts that bolstered an already impressive secondary. Gilmore has multiple All-Pro selections to go along with a 2019 NFL Defensive Player of the Year Award.
Diggs made his first All-Pro team during the 2021 season and has made two straight Pro Bowl appearances.
Diggs and Gilmore will form the backbone of what could be one of the NFL’s best defenses during the upcoming season.
