Kelly Clarkson wore a special dress during her opening monologue at the NFL Honors in Phoenix on Thursday night.

The dress top was designed as a No. 88 in tribute to the Cowboys’ great No. 88 wide receivers, including current receiver CeeDee Lamb.

The bottom part of the dress included the names of many of the 2022 Cowboys.

A self-confessed Cowboys fan, the musician and daytime talk show host had fun poking jabs about the team during her monologue.

During the monologue, she asked the audience if it knew that the NFL playoffs went past the divisional round because the Cowboys have never advanced to the NFC championship since she became a fan. The Cowboys lost to San Francisco in the divisional round last month.

She later made fun of Cowboys kicker Brett Maher, who missed several extra points in Dallas’ two playoff games. She said the NFL told her to keep the monologue short. She said she wasn’t allowed to go into overtime or make any extra points. She said the Cowboys know all about not making extra points.
