Losing to your rival is never easy, especially for Washington Football Team fans.

Losing to the Dallas Cowboys is as about as rough as it gets.

We saw another example of that dejection as the Cowboys were finishing up their 27-20 win Sunday at FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland.

Video of a Washington fan punching a television was posted on social media with a little more than two minutes remaining in the game.

Washington made a 27-8 game interesting with two fourth quarter touchdowns, which may have given its fans some false hope. A Washington fumble, however, with 2:34 remaining doomed the comeback.

That appears to be when the fan punched the television, which is most likely an older model. We’re talking probably two decades old. So it had a good run. Perhaps the fan already knew the TV was in its final days and plans to replace it.

Many fans on social media reacted to the video by mocking how old the TV is, rather than the fan’s punch.

“The TV was like, ‘Thanks. I’m so tired,’ one fan posted on Twitter.

Another said the television has “more mileage than Frank Gore.”
