The best reactions to Tom Brady signing with Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tom Brady is officially no longer a New England Patriot.

The 42-year-old quarterback signed a two-year, $50 million deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, ending his 20-year run with the Patriots. Social media reacted with memes, jokes and predictions.

One point that was highlighted often: Brady will play the Saints’ Drew Brees twice in the NFC South. Others predicted Brady would lead the Bucs to the Super Bowl, which Tampa Bay is hosting next season.

But at 43, which Brady turns in August, how much longer can he perform at a high level? The 2019 season wasn’t exactly his best. ESPN’s Adam Schefter, who broke the news of the contract details, pointed out, the verbiage indicates Brady hopes to play beyond two more seasons.
