Dallas Cowboys mocked on social media for ‘crazy’ $33M per year offer to Dak Prescott

Dak Prescott has been offered the richest contract in NFL history, according to multiple reports, and the reaction has been puzzling.

A loud group of fans on social media doesn’t think Prescott is worth $33 million a year, an offer the Dallas Cowboys leaked to the media a few days ago.

Many the non-Cowboys fans on social media sites, including Twitter, mockingly cheered on the contract as a potential financial burden for the team. Others labeled Prescott as nothing more than an 8-8 quarterback.

Even some self-described Cowboys fans are skeptical of the deal, with concerns about losing receiver Amari Cooper or some of the team’s free agents on the defensive line.
