LSU passing game coordinator Joe Brady is leaving to join Matt Rhule’s staff with the Carolina Panthers.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the news on Twitter.

Brady, 30, spent one season with LSU. He was previously an offensive assistant with the New Orleans Saints in 2017 and 2018. After playing receiver at William & Mary he was a linebackers coach there from 2013-14 and a graduate assistant at Penn State from 2015-16.

Reports surfaced several days ago that Brady had agreed on a contract extension with LSU.
