The good and bad news about Cowboys’ inactives vs. Falcons
The Dallas Cowboys’ defensive line is officially thin for Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons.
Defensive tackles Antwaun Woods (concussion), David Irving (ankle) and Daniel Ross (calf) and defensive end Taco Charlton (shoulder) are all inactive today for the noon kick between 4-5 teams at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Also unavailable are linebacker Sean Lee (hamstring), receiver Tavon Austin (groin) and quarterback Mike White (coach decision).
The good news for Dallas is that offensive linemen Tyron Smith and Zack Martin are available after dealing with nagging injuries this week. Smith missed a practice with back spasms and Martin has been nursing a sprained knee that he aggravated last week against Philadelphia.
Defensive tackle Christian Ringo was added to the active roster from the practice squad on Saturday. Defensive back Darian Thompson was waived to make room.
