Dallas Cowboys safety Jeff Heath left Sunday’s game during the fourth quarter after colliding with Detroit Lions’ running back Kerryon Johnson during a touchdown run.

Heath injured his shoulder and did not return to the field. It hasn’t been a great day for Heath. He was beat on a fake by receiver Golden Tate on his 45-yard scoring catch in the first half.

The Cowboys trail the Lions 24-23 with under just over two minutes left in the game.
