The Dallas Cowboys are getting flexed out of a bigger national spotlight in Week 14.

The Dec. 10 game at the New York Giants has been pushed back to a noon start instead of the previously scheduled 3:25 p.m. start time, the league announced Wednesday.

The Seattle Seahawks at Jacksonville Jaguars game will take over the 3:25 p.m. slot.

This is a sign of just how much the Cowboys have faded from contention.

Quarterback Phillip Rivers was sharp and so were the Los Angeles Chargers in their 28-6 win over the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving at AT&T Stadium.

The NFL has to make a call at this point next week whether to flex the Cowboys out of the scheduled Sunday night game Dec. 17 at Oakland.

Signs are pointing to the league doing just that with the Cowboys and Raiders both falling out of playoff contention.

There are other marquee matchups that Dec. 17 weekend including an AFC showdown between the New England Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers, and a pivotal NFC West matchup between the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks.
