The Dallas Cowboys are looking to sign contract extensions with the majority of their coaching staff, including coordinators Scott Linehan and Rod Marinelli, per sources.

Coach Jason Garrett refused to comment on contract talks with his staff when reached at the NFL Combine on Thursday.

He simply said they will have an announcement when they get everything done.

The Cowboys planned to address the coaches with expiring contracts, namely Ben Bloom, Steve Looney and Leon Lett, before working on extensions for other key staffers who have one year left on their contract, according to a source.

Linehan directed top-10 offenses in two of his three seasons with the Cowboys. He created an environment this season where rookie Dak Prescott led the team to a 13-3 record while having one of the finest seasons ever for a rookie quarterback.

Marinelli’s maligned unit that featured only one Pro Bowl performer in linebacker Sean Lee led the league in run defense this season while ranking 14th overall.
