Dallas Cowboys’ playoff scenarios begin in Minnesota
Playoffs?
Already?
It’s time to legitimately talk about the NFL playoffs for the Dallas Cowboys (10-1).
The Cowboys can clinch a playoff spot two ways this weekend, but both involve beating the Minnesota Vikings (6-5) on Thursday night at U.S. Bank Stadium.
According to the NFL, the Cowboys can clinch a playoff berth with:
▪ A Dallas win and a Tampa Bay loss or tie.
▪ A Dallas win and a Washington loss.
Tampa Bay (6-5) plays at San Diego (5-6) and Washington (6-4-1) is at Arizona (4-6-1). Both games have 3:25 p.m. kickoffs on Sunday.
Many other scenarios will undoubtedly come into play depending on how the Cowboys perform going forward, but there’s nothing like the first one.
