The Cowboys made Tony Romo, Morris Claiborne and Barry Church inactive as expected.
Romo will miss his eighth consecutive game since injuring his back in an Aug. 25 preseason game against the Seahawks. His rehab hit the 10-week mark last Thursday.
J.J. Wilcox starts for Church, who broke his forearm last week and will miss 4-6 weeks. Orlando Scandrick moves to the outside at corner, replacing Claiborne, with rookie Anthony Brown playing in the slot.
The Cowboys activated Leon McFadden from the practice squad to serve as insurance at corner.
