Key matchup: Browns WR Pryor will be large assignment for rookie corner

Now in his fifth NFL season, former quarterback Terrell Pryor has found a home at receiver. He ranks in the NFL’s top 20 in both receptions (41) and receiving yards (532) this season. He could be a problem for a Cowboys’ secondary missing Morris Claiborne and Barry Church.

Browns receiver Terrell Pryor vs. Cowboys cornerback Anthony Brown: The Cowboys’ rookie Brown will play outside corner on passing downs for the injured Morris Claiborne as Orlando Scandrick moves to the slot. Brown has been game all season as a slot replacement for Scandrick when he was out for four games. He has decent size and is a good tackler, but this is his biggest challenge yet because of Pryor’s size and playmaking ability. The 6-foot-4 former Ohio State quarterback is having a breakout season with 41 catches for 532 yards and three touchdowns. Pryor has been slowed this week in practice with a hamstring injury. He will play though.  – Clarence E. Hill Jr.
