NFC East Week 9 Power Poll
1. Dallas Cowboys (6-1): The surprising Cowboys have a two-game lead in the division and seem poised for their seventh consecutive win at the winless Cleveland Browns on Sunday. Not only are the Cowboys the best team in the NFC East, but they are currently the best team in the NFC. No one predicted that at this point, not even with a healthy Tony Romo.
2. New York Giants (4-3): The up and down Giants have their issues, but they have won two consecutive games. The defense is a problem, but if they can get Odell Beckham Jr. to make more plays to help than hurt then they will be a factor down the stretch.
3. Philadelphia Eagles (4-3): The Eagles have the defense to stay in the division race. But schedule makers did Philadelphia no favors. Their next five games are against the Giants, Atlanta Falcons, Seattle Seahawks, Green Bay Packers and Cincinnati Bengals. They Giants, Seahawks and Bengals are on the road.

4. Washington Redskins (4-3-1): The Redskins had a chance to take a big step forward with a win against the Bengals last Sunday. But they had to settle for a tie because of a missed field goal in overtime. Quarterback Kirk Cousins is doing his job. He had 458 passing yards against the Bengals and ranks second in the NFL in passing yards with 2,454.
