When Chuck Berry wrote “Go Johnny Go” he probably never could have imagined Johnny Manziel. The former quarterback just doesn’t stop. Partying that is.

Even getting served with a lawsuit Wednesday night as he stepped out of a Hollywood nightclub and into the flashing lights of paparazzi cameras didn’t stop the party.

According to TMZ.com, Manziel got hit square in the chest (and they have the video to prove it) when being served with legal papers. Manziel is being sued for allegedly throwing for a drug- and alcohol-fueled party at a rental home.

TMZ reported that Manziel didn’t exactly take his papers home and ponder his future. Nope, he apparently headed to a different club, Warwick.

It’s doubtful, but maybe he was headed there to train? After all, earlier Wednesday, Manziel’s lawyer, Jim Darnell, said the former Texas A&M star and Heisman Trophy winner “plans to start getting ready for football.”

That would be a welcome sight, and one we haven’t seen in a long, long time.

Of course, Manziel still has that other legal battle going on in Dallas County on misdemeanor assault charges for allegedly striking his former girlfriend Colleen Crowley.
