NBA’s one-and-done rule marks 10th anniversary draft this week
The NBA adopted the one-and-done rule in time for the 2006 draft. The rule makes players ineligible for the draft unless they are 19 years old or have spent at least one year out of high school, i.e. playing college basketball.
