About the Dream: Atlanta erased an eight-point deficit with nine minutes to play in regulation, then held New York to two points on 1 of 14 shooting in overtime to defeat the Liberty 85-79 on Tuesday. Tiffany Hayes scored a team-high 27 points to lead four players in double figures. Atlanta also defeated San Antonio and Chicago this season to take the lead in the Eastern Conference.
About the Wings: Dallas is coming off an 82-77 victory over San Antonio in its home debut at College Park Center on Saturday. Irving MacArthur graduate Odyssey Sims scored a season-high 23 points, while All-Star guard Skylar Diggins made her return from an ACL injury, sustained in June, to play 12 minutes off the bench. Courtney Paris grabbed double-digit rebounds for the third consecutive game with a season-high 15 points.
