Dallas Wings at Washington Mystics

6 p.m. Wednesday, Verizon Center, Washington

Records: Wings 1-1; Mystics 0-1

About the Wings: Dallas is without two All-Star players. Guard Skylar Diggins is day-to-day as she recovers from last season’s ACL injury, and forward Glory Johnson is suspended for the first seven games because of last year’s domestic dispute with Brittney Griner. After two games, the Wings have five players scoring in double figures, led by former Baylor guard Odyssey Sims (14.0). Wings center Courtney Paris, the former Oklahoma standout, had 13 points and 10 rebounds in the loss to New York and was the WNBA’s leading rebounder (9.3) last season.

About the Mystics: Washington will likely have only eight players available. Ivory Latta (knee) and Tierra Ruffin-Pratt (ankle) are expected to miss their second game while Ally Malott (elbow) and Kahleah Copper (ankle) have joined them on the injury list. Guards Tayler Hill and Bria Hartley teamed for 37 points, 12 rebounds and six assists in their season opening 87-76 loss to the New York Liberty. After a hot start, the Mystics missed 39 of their final 55 shots.
