About the Thunder: OKC has been besieged by injuries, particularly to top stars Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. Durant has played in just nine games and averages 22.4 ppg. There is no timetable for the return of Durant, who has a sprained ankle. Westbrook has played in 17 games — he missed 14 games with a fractured hand — and is averaging 28.6 ppg, 5.5 rpg and 7.2 apg. ... Reggie Jackson averages 15.7 ppg and 5.3 apg and has quietly become one of the most efficient guards in the NBA. ... Serge Ibaka averages 14.4 ppg and 7.2 rpg. ... Former Mavs guard Anthony Morrow is averaging 10.4 ppg off the bench and shooting 41.1 percent from 3-point range. ... The Thunder leads the league in points allowed (95.5 ppg) and is second in rebounds (46 rpg).

About the Mavs: Dallas snapped a two-game losing streak Friday with a 102-98 victory over the Lakers. Newcomer Rajon Rondo scored a season-high 21 points, pulled down eight rebounds and handed out seven assists. Also in that victory, Tyson Chandler picked up his 14th double-double of the season — 15 points and 12 rebounds. ... The Mavs are 2-2 since acquiring Rondo in a Dec. 18 trade with Boston. The wins came against a San Antonio team that was without its top six players and a Lakers team that was without Kobe Bryant. ... The Mavs won the last two meetings with the Thunder last season. Dallas’ 109-86 win in Oklahoma City on March 16 was the Thunder’s largest margin of the defeat of last season.
