Dallas Mavericks’ Breast Health Awareness Night will be Oct. 16

The Dallas Mavericks will host their second annual Breast Health Awareness Night when the team faces the Atlanta Hawks in a preseason game on Oct. 16 at the American Airlines Center.

Tipoff is 7:30 p.m.

Fans are encouraged to wear Mavericks blue with pink. The first 5,000 fans in attendance will receive a pink bracelet, courtesy of Texas Oncology. There will be limited edition breast health awareness merchandise at The Hangar fan shops.

The Susan G. Komen North Texas Voices of Hope, an all breast cancer survivor choir, will sing the National Anthem.

Bridge Breast Network, Cancer Support Community, Susan G. Komen North Texas, Texas Oncology, UT Southwestern, & YWCA will have tables on the Plaza Level concourse to provide breast health information

The Mavericks will host a post-game breast health awareness auction to benefit the Mavs Foundation and Susan G. Komen North Texas immediately following the game in sections 105-107. Fans must have a valid game ticket to participate in the post-game auction.
