The Athletic recently conducted a poll of 158 NBA players asking them a myriad of questions about the state of the NBA, ranging from the most overrated player to the worst franchise.
Which team did NBA players say was the worst, and where did the Dallas Mavericks rank?
The worst franchise was the Charlotte Hornets, who won in a landslide, earning 38.1% of the vote in the survey.
The Mavs didn’t fare well, barely escaping the top five with 4.4% of the vote, coming in sixth place. The rest of the top ten is listed below.
