Dallas Mavericks forward Kristaps Porzingis was apparently involved in some sort of physical altercation in Latvia recently.

A video posted on Twitter shows Porzingis with a bloody cut above his right eye and obviously agitated. He pushes a women away who gets in his face. At the end of the video a policeman is on the scene. Porzingis’ white shirt appears to be torn as well.

Porzingis, who was traded to the Mavericks from the New York Knicks on Feb. 1, has been under investigation for an alleged sexual assault in New York. The allegations are from a woman who was a former neighbor of Porzingis in a Manhattan high rise apartment.

When the allegations were made in late March, Mavs’ owner Mark Cuban declined to comment because the investigation is still ongoing.

“I will say this. Some people need to do their homework and use some common sense,” Cuban said on April 1. “A little bit of common sense is so enlightening.”
