More than 100 wounded service members from Booke Army Medical Center in San Antonio will join reserve troops from the Dallas-Fort Worth area for the Dallas Mavericks’ game against Denver on Dec. 12 at the American Airlines Center.

The 12th annual Seats for Soldiers concept was created by season ticket holder Neal Hawks. He and other front-row, season ticket holders will again donate their seats.

The soldiers will be treated to a dinner at Abacus before attending the game.

“This is always one of our most memorable games of the season,” said Mavericks owner Mark Cuban said.

American Airlines will provide charter transportation between San Antonio and Dallas/Fort Worth.
