Texas Motor Speedway’s giant video screen is about to get bigger.

The speedway announced Monday that it will add a ribbon-style scoreboard to “Big Hoss,” pushing the world’s biggest high-definition LED screen to 22,705 square feet.

The scoreboard will include the lap count and running order, information that has been on the 110-foot pylons in Laps 1 and 4. The pylons will be removed during the project, which will begin after Saturday’s Firestone 600 IndyCar race.

The new scoreboard will debut at the AAA Texas 500 NASCAR tripleheader set for Nov. 3-6.
