All that hand-wringing over the lack of fans at Texas Rangers games? That’s so last week.

Tickets are nearly gone for the Rangers’ playoff home opener Sunday against the Toronto Blue Jays in Game 3 of the American League Division Series.

Less than 500 tickets were available as of Tuesday evening for the game, scheduled for 7:10 p.m. Sunday at Globe Life Park.

Only single seats were still available online at texasrangers.com as of 7:45 p.m. Tuesday. Standing-room only tickets could be available as early as Wednesday, the Ranger said.

Game 4, if necessary, is scheduled for Monday at Globe Life Park. A time has yet to be announced. As of Tuesday evening, 6,000 seats remained for Game 4.
