Helman got the watch for exchanging numbers with Nimmo, who wears No. 24, when he joined the Rangers.
A video was posted on X showing the exchange with the gift from Nimmo.
Helman, a product of Texas A&M, seemed surprised when Nimmo was holding out the Rolex before giving him the box.
Nimmo heads into the first season with the team, which is hoping to make the playoffs for the first time since the Rangers won the World Series in 2023.
