Hungry for a boomstick burrito? Texas Rangers unveil new concessions for 2025 season
Lobster nachos, bacon on a stick and a boomstick burrito are a few of the new food offerings at Globe Life Field for Texas Rangers games this season.
The Rangers and Delaware North, the club’s hospitality partner, unveiled several new concessions Monday. The Rangers begin their 2025 campaign at home Thursday, March 27, against the Boston Red Sox.
Rangers’ executive chef Cris Vázquez is excited for fans to try a few things, including the new buffalo pulled pork sandwich, which he said pairs well with a cold beer. Another highlight is the brisket-topped “Big Papa Potato” from Hurtado Barbecue.
Vázquez said his team will cook around 160,000 pounds of brisket during the Rangers’ season from March to October. While brisket remains a fan favorite, Vázquez is encouraging folks to try the pulled pork sandwich.
“I think the pulled pork is gonna be the next thing,” Vázquez said.
