New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge’s 62nd homer broke the American League record for home runs in a single season Tuesday at Globe Life Field.

The 391-foot homer in the first inning against the Texas Rangers has social media abuzz.

It’s a night for celebration for Yankees fans.

The man who caught the ball is enjoying a moment of celebrity, himself.

And other teams from New York are celebrating, too.

Here’s a look at the historic home run.

The Yankees have one more game left this season at Globe Life Field tomorrow at 3:05 p.m., so there is still a chance Judge could push his record a little further.
