Adrian Beltre, who has a left calf strain, jogged lightly in sneakers Friday morning with no discomfort. He’ll gradually increase the stress on his leg. He’s still undecided whether he’ll be available for the first round of the World Baseball Classic. Beltre, who hopes to play for the Dominican Republic in the WBC, hurt his calf while working out in Los Angeles on Feb. 14.
