C.-Riverside tops North Side in 2OT
Quarterback Jason Moore scored from a yard out on a sneak in the second overtime to give Carter-Riverside a 18-12 victory over North Side at Handley-Scarborough Field on Friday night.
Key players: Charlie Lopez rushed for 62 yards for the Eagles, and hooked up with Moore on a 45-yard scoring strike with 3:51 left that sent the game to overtime. Isai Soto had 69 yards rushing for North Side.
Key stats: Both North Side scoring drives were the result of fumble recoveries.
