Video of Mansfield linebacker Cole Brignac’s interception in the waning moments of the Tigers’ district-clinching upset of Cedar Hill was voted the top Star-Telegram highlight of the 2015 high school football season.

FRISCO LONE STAR
QB Jason Shelley turned a would-be sack into an 18-yard rally-starting touchdown run in the first quarter of the Rangers’ 62-14 win over Frisco Heritage.
ARLINGTON
The Colts didn’t have the staying power to finish the job against South Grand Prairie, but Arlington running back Kenland McCray scored late in the first half to keep the Colts close.
CEDAR HILL
Longhorns safety Josh Newman connected with Gorman quarterback Tate Martell to get the home crowd on its feet.
SOUTH GRAND PRAIRIE
The Warriors’ Lawrence Dixon threw a play-making block on Arlington defensive back Kyron Wright as running back Andre Johnson scored in the 22-20 SGP win.
ALEDO
Wideout Jeffery Carter took a quick pass from quarterback Dillon Davis and did what game-breakers do, cut inside, then out for the game-clinching score in the final minute of play against Colleyville Heritage.
SOUTHLAKE CARROLL
There were not many bright spots on offense for the Dragons, but defensive end Luke Jeter’s sack of Tulsa Union quarterback Payton Morrison got the Dragon Stadium crowd on its feet.
