Texas, Baylor among Top 10 for Mansfield Summit 3-star wide receiver. TCU misses cut

Mansfield Summit 3-star receiver Hal Presley announced his Top 10 schools via Twitter on Monday.

Texas, Baylor, Michigan, Michigan State, Utah, Cal, Arkansas, Louisville, Ole Miss and USC are still in the running for the 2021 recruit, who’s been a 7-6A all-district selection the past two seasons.

“Thanks for all the love from everyone that offered me, but this is my top 10,” he said in a tweet.

Presley made 45 catches in 2019 for 875 yards and eight touchdowns, and was named all-district first team. He was named district offensive sophomore of the year in 2018 after recording 400 yards and five TDs.

Presley has 25 offers, 20 from a Power Five school. TCU was among the schools that didn’t make the cut.

Summit posted a 7-4 record with a playoff appearance last season. The Jaguars went 4-3 in district play.

Presley is ranked as the No. 82 WR in the nation and No. 63 overall in the state, per 247Sports.
