Jordan Booker scored four touchdowns and the Eagles’ defense dominated the Falcons at Shotwell Stadium in Abilene on Friday night.
Key players: Booker led all rushers with 144 yards on 19 carries, and scored rushing touchdowns of 2, 28 and 13 yards. He also caught a 32-yard touchdown pass, one of three scoring throws from quarterback Andrew Ezzell. For Timber Creek, Noah Gnacinski returned an interception 70 yards for their initial score.
Key stat: The Abilene defense held Timber Creek without a first down until just over a minute into the final quarter.
