Midlothian Heritage and Dallas Pinkston show class act at Friday night football game

These two teams decided to do something together, to do something in unity.

Just before kickoff of the Dallas Pinkston and Midlothian Heritage game, the teams ran of the tunnel together to midfield before going to their respected sidelines.

According to Travis Smith, managing editor of the Waxahachie News and Midlothian Mirror “Dallas Pinkston players had never run through a tunnel, especially not one like Heritage football has, so the Jags invited their opponent to run through the smoke and into the noise after the half. Awesome. Coach Wig and the boys are all class.”

It was a true act of sportsmanship and to see both teams in unity, it was nice to see especially with all of the national anthem protests this year.
