North Side football strikes first as Steers seek best start since 1972

Fort Worth North Side is trying to accomplish its first 3-0 start since 1972. If you can’t do the math, that’s 45 years.

The Steers are off to a good start against Diamond Hill-Jarvis after quarterback Alfredo Garcia hit Jordan Love for a 32-yard score. After the two-point conversion, North Side led the Eagles 8-0 in the first quarter.
