Foreman, the Cowboys’ event operations coordinator for The Star in Frisco, said the Ford Center could potentially host playoff games each of the first five rounds (state semifinals).
AT&T Stadium will host the UIL state championship games Dec. 14-17. Tickets were available for purchase, which started on Oct. 19.
The UIL returns to Jerry’s World after last season’s state title games were held at NRG Stadium in Houston.
Area teams Saginaw Boswell played Birdville, and Grapevine played Denton at AT&T Stadium during the first round last year.
