Kennedale RB DJ Kirven added 76 yards on 15 carries and another TD, while Kennedale safety Baron Browning scored two defensive TDs on fumble recoveries, one that he took out of a Springtown running back's hands and returned 45 yards.
Key stat: Kennedale started three of its scoring drives at midfield or better, aided by great defense that caused Springtown to punt deep in its own territory. The Porcupines also fumbled the ball five times, losing three, including two that resulted in touchdowns. The Wildcats did not commit a turnover in the game.
